A matclass involves a group of people taking part in mat-based exercises. Matwork exercises are designed to strengthen and lengthen the muscles without causing any strain on the joints. Matwork is a general well rounded workout working various parts of the body as well as the mind. Classes are suitable for most people and are payable in blocks.
Refunds only given on production of a doctors note. No refunds on missed classes.
Studio classes are more specific to the clients individual needs. Sessions have less participants than matwork classes and involve Pilates equipment including the reformer, Cadillac, ladder barrel and wunda chair as well as some small equipment.

This is a total body workout combining elements of Pilates, Yoga, Resitance Training and Ballet. This low impact class is designed to flaten the abs, lift the butt, tone the thighs and sculpt the arms without putting any pressure on your joints.
